This version of the JTAG board turned up a shortcoming in one of the design goals
of the gumstix; namely, in being able to connect a JTAG board and FFUART using only
test-points on the connex side of the board.

We discovered that the TP7 and TP10 are too close, and abandoned the TP7 (FF_RxD)

Also, the current version of the board ties TP11 to Vcc; this Vcc has diferent meaning
between the daughtercard (Vi/o) and the gumstix (Vcore) so they should not be connected.

By supplying 3.3V to the jtag-pins from the daughtercard MIC5219 we don't need
to tap the gumstix power at all and so don''t populate TP11.
